PAYMENT
Horizontally receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB and via PayPal. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Horizontal uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
DELIVERY
Horizontal delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before kl. 12.00
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect or error has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate behavior.
It is therefore necessary that you follow the stated recommendations as a guide on the correct use and maintenance of the product, including recommending that only tap water be filled into the water bottles and that no carbon dioxide (CO2) be filled into Horizontal water bottles, as this can damage the water bottles. If a product is breached in relation to the instructions, it will be perceived as incorrect use or other inappropriate behavior, and therefore the product will not be covered by the right of complaint. Furthermore, we disclaim liability for damaged items due to non-compliance with Horizontal Products.
Horizontal will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If a refund has been agreed, please send bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount via. mail:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be borne by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the order is received.
The notice must be given per. mail on , where receipt must be attached. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, upon commissioning.
In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested further than described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The supplier processes all personal data in accordance with the Danish legislation on personal data protection, which is based on EU rules.
All data is stored and processed at the Supplier itself and on servers at the Supplier's selected partners who work within the framework of the Terms. Personal information or other customer information will not be transferred to parties other than the Supplier itself, the chosen partner and in connection with delivery.
The Customer may at any time contact the Supplier and gain insight into the Customer's own personal data, which is the Supplier's store, as well as ask to have them deleted or corrected.
